Comfortable beds, modern design, extra friendly staff, great bistro, quiet room, convenient parking.

Nothing everything was great.

There was no wifi signal in the rooms. Free parking on-site was provided. Placed within 20 minutes' car ride to Hobart

The bed was large enough to me. It is really close to the airport. Great base for a trip in Pontville...

Had a great experience during our New Year's stay. The room was so comfy and relaxing, especially the extra-large bed - it was perfect for a good night's sleep. The location was ideal - not far from the city, but also close to the beautiful scenery of the area. We also enjoyed the friendly staff who were very accommodating, and the private area outside the room added to the overall experience.

A few things could have been improved. the breakfast menu was a little overpriced, and we felt it should have been included in the room cost.

Spent New Year's Eve at a hotel in Pontville and had a great time! The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable, and the food was delicious. The best aspects were the cleanliness of the room and the excellent value for money for the food. the location was perfect as it was easily accessible from the highway and just a quick drive away from Hobart. Plus, we enjoyed watching the fireworks display from the hotel's outdoor area.

There were some minor downsides, though. The water pressure in the shower wasn't great, but it was still manageable.

Very well organised and luxury apartments for a very cheap price.

Ant problem which we were not informed about, so had to change rooms after first night. other than that, there was no room service.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with super clean and comfortable rooms, great restaurant offering excellent value for money, and friendly staff. The hotel is conveniently located close to the gaming area and bar n dining area, as well as the Baskerville raceway. Parking is also good, and we loved the easy access to transportation.

It was all superb.

We stayed at this place for a wedding nearby and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The on-site laundry was a great convenience, with coin-operated machines available for guests to use. The location was also perfect, being close to a wildlife sanctuary and the city centre. We especially enjoyed the bar and dining area, where we had a delicious and filling meal. we had a great stay and would highly recommend this venue to others.

We couldn't find any negative aspects about this hotel. The service was excellent, with room service, housekeeping, and tours/ticket assistance available.

restaurant food was awful

Warm welcome. Rooms are modern and very clean with private court yard. Having the hotel adjoining was a bonus as we ate there every night. Great food at very reasonable price. Bottle shop and gaming room were also handy as was the bakery. It is a 20 minute drive to heart of Hobart. Highly recommended
